Hon’ble EM Dolly Reang Visits Karbook Press Club, Discusses Development Needs

Karbook, March 3, 2026:

Hon’ble Executive Member (EM) Dolly Reang paid a visit to the Karbook Press Club on Tuesday to review and discuss the basic requirements of the Press Club.

During the visit, detailed discussions were held regarding the urgent needs of the Press Club, including the identification of a proper landmark, construction of a permanent building, and the provision of essential equipment such as computers and other office facilities.

Members of the Press Club highlighted the challenges they are currently facing due to the lack of infrastructure. They expressed hope that with the support and initiative of the Hon’ble EM, the long-pending demands would soon be fulfilled.

Hon’ble EM Dolly Reang assured the members that necessary steps would be taken to strengthen the infrastructure and improve the working environment of the Press Club.

The visit was appreciated by the journalists and members of the Karbook Press Club, who thanked the EM for showing concern and support towards the development of media facilities in the region.
