At around 11:30 AM today, students took to the streets and staged a road blockade in protest. Local residents soon joined the demonstration, expressing solidarity with the students’ demands. The situation was brought under control after ABVP members and Mithun Das, the head of the Kachuchhara Gram Panchayat, arrived at the scene and persuaded the students to return to school.

Despite repeated complaints to the school authorities about the condition of the building, no concrete action has been taken. The administration continues to offer mere assurances, leaving students to deal with this alarming situation day after day.

Parents and local residents have expressed serious concern over the state of the school. They are calling for immediate action to ensure student safety and the proper continuation of educational activities. One teacher from the school also echoed the urgent need for intervention, emphasizing the importance of providing a secure and conducive learning environment.
