Chandiram Para Celebrates Palm Sunday with Devotion and Unity

Today, Palm Sunday was celebrated with great reverence at Chandiram Para under the leadership of Mani Bikash Tripura, of Karbook Pastorate Area, Tripura Presbyterian Church of India. This sacred day marks Jesus Christ's triumphant entry into Jerusalem, as recorded in the Gospels. People welcomed Him by laying down palm branches and shouting “Hosanna,” symbolizing peace and victory. It signifies the beginning of Holy Week, leading to Good Friday and Easter Sunday. 

Easter Sunday 

At Chandiram Para, the faithful gathered in unity, waving palm branches and singing hymns of praise. A special message was shared, reminding everyone of Christ’s humility, sacrifice, and love for mankind. The service witnessed the active participation of all age groups, making the event spiritually uplifting. The local church expressed gratitude for the peaceful and meaningful celebration, emphasizing hope and renewal in Christ. The celebration concluded with prayers for the community and the world.
