BDO Karbook Adopts Virtual Meetings with Panchayats Under Digital India Initiative

Gomoti Tripura: In a remarkable shift driven by the Digital India movement, traditional physical meetings between Block Development Officers (BDOs) and panchayat representatives are increasingly being replaced by virtual interactions. BDO Karbook, Shri Subrajit Paul, has embraced this digital transition by conducting meetings with panchayat leaders and Village Committee (VC) members through virtual platforms.

Officials say this method not only enhances efficiency but also saves significant time and energy for government staff, allowing them to focus more on on-ground development work.
