Annual Prize Distribution Ceremony Held at Kamalpur PM Shri Krishnachandra Girls’ HS School

Kamalpur, August 2, 2025:

The Annual Prize Distribution Ceremony of PM Shri Krishnachandra Girls’ Higher Secondary School, Kamalpur, was held today with great enthusiasm and participation. The event was formally inaugurated by former minister and local MLA Manoj Kanti Deb.

Also present on the occasion were Kamalpur Nagar Panchayat Chairman Prashanta Sinha, Vice Chairman Subrata Majumder, Press Club Secretary Supriya Dutta, and SMC Chairperson Manorama Deb.

The welcome address was delivered by the school’s Headmaster, Suful Shuklabaidya.

In his speech, the headmaster highlighted the steady increase in student enrollment each year, reflecting growing public trust in the institution. He emphasized that the dedicated efforts of teachers have resulted in consistently excellent performances by students in both secondary and higher secondary examinations.

In his address, MLA Manoj Kanti Deb praised the school for its favorable location and strong academic record. He expressed hope that the school would continue to grow in reputation and announced the construction of a new cycle stand for the students under the MLA Local Area Development Fund.

A total of 105 awards were distributed among students for excellence in various fields, including outstanding results in the Madhyamik (Class 10) and Higher Secondary (Class 12) examinations.
